General Description
ME Consultant 2.0 is A freeware collection of interactive machining calculators and data tables packaged inside a graphical interface. Calculators include detailed machining (mill, drill, turn), drill depth, volume and weight, and surface finish. Data tables include screw thread (extensive), drill chart, center drill, and hardness conversion. Inch and metric data supported. Detailed User Guide.
Designed for CNC programmers, manufacturing engineers, workload planners, design engineers, and other professionals involved with machining or machined products.
Here's the machining calculator. It makes just about any machining calculation you'll ever need with a mouse click or two.
There are tools to calculate weight and volume, drill and countersink depth, material hardness, surface finish, and thread dimensions. Plus, there's a distinctive and comprehensive users guide. You can access all these features with the buttons on the right.
You can modify the existing material database or define your own new materials, to a maximum of fifty.
This program is absolutely free, no gimmicks.
