OOPSEP is case study, which apply an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in structural engineering program. OOPSEP is a graphical software system for the analysis of 3D frame and trusses structures. A graphical Windows program, and are available in three different versions: OOPSEP Educational, OOPSEP Standard and OOPSEP Enterprise. All versions require Windows 95 or Windows NT to be running on your computer. Model creation, analysis, display of results, are all performing within the OOPSEP graphical user interface. OOPSEP is a very extensive program, featuring a friendly and powerful graphical user interface and sophisticated analytical capabilities. The geometry and analysis results for these elements can be viewing in the graphical user interface.

ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน
1 สร้าง Project file
โดยไปที่ file/new project
จากนั้นเลือกชนิดของชิ้นส่วน,หน่วยที่ใช้,ชื่อและที่อยู่ของ file project
2 การ Assign geometry
2.1 Assign/coordinate หน้านี้สำหรับใส่ node coordinate
2.2 Assign/boundary สำหรับกำหนด DOF ของ node
2.3 Assign/connectivity สำหรับใส่ความต่อเนื่องของชิ้นส่วน การAssign คุณสมบติทำได้โดยการเลือกชิ้นส่วนที่ต้องการclick mouse ซ้ายแล้วลาก เรียก property(ซึ่งกำหนดใน 2.5 จากนั้นจะปรากฎ >
